The icefalls of NE China’s Xuanwu Lake
A magnificent icefall recently formed along a cliff near Xuanwu Lake, northeast China’s Liaoning Province.
According to local tourist department, the tallest icefall measures more than 70 meters high.
Low temperatures across the country and a weak water flow caused the waterfall near the lake to partially freeze, producing splendid icicles on the railings and rocks along the river banks.
